The atmosphere of the village is peaceful and shady. There is a swimming pool, fitness center and a public park available for residents. The neighbors are also lovely and friendly. There are both Thai and foreigners. The security system here is stringent. It requires a key card to access. The house is modernly designed with a set of standard furniture. The outdoor area is a yard for pets. That's nice!

My family has lived here for a while and are very happy to buy this house for my parents. It is a 2-story townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 car parking spaces. I just only bought some furniture because every room has air-conditioners. The selling price is also affordable. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the neighbors are lovely. The facilities are also complete, particularly the garden and the entrance road, which are extensive. The swimming pool is clean as well. Importantly, it is close to my daughter's schools and my office at Royal Phuket Marina, just only 10 minutes from the project, which is very convenient.
