A well-allocated single house in relaxing atmostphere

I bought this single house to stay with my family. Now. I've stayed here for more than a year and haven't found any problems. The house I bought is a 2-story detached house with 3 bedrooms. The size of it isn't spacious, but well-allocated. It's also partly furnished. The furniture is of good quality which is cost-effective. The atmosphere of the project is so relaxing. Plus, there are complete facilities, including a gym, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse. Also, the location is not far from the city center, making it convenient to travel around.
