Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, you can start from Patak Road, turning into Soi Khok Tanot, and go straight to this route for about 1.4 kilometers to enter Kata Noi. Go straight for about 500 meters before you see a junction, then turn left onto Kata-Saiyuan Road and continue going straight for only 180 meters. You will see the project on the left-hand side. One of the best located villa projects in phuket

There are not many villa projects in Kata that are close to the beach or have seaviews. This ticks both boxes as is one of the best pieces of land in the area. Security and staff are very attentive and the gardens and maitenance are some of the best Ive seen. There is a small access get with a passcode for residents only at the bottom of the project which leads to directly to Kata Noi beach. Less than a 5 minutes walk. The main Kata beach is just down the hill and you can access the beach and resturants from the south side entrace. Tennis court, decent commona area and pool as well. Villas are at the age where they require a bit of rennovation but good layout and sizes.
The house is providing privacy and quiet.

The house I stayed in is a large villa with two floors, providing privacy and very quiet. The project has a large gym, a tennis court, and a communal pool. It also provides an excellent security system. The staff was friendly and helpful, which I am very impressed. There is also a private walkway to Kata Noi Beach. If you have to travel to other places in Phuket, it is quite difficult because the taxi costs are very expensive. If you have a private car, it will be more convenient. The villas here are 20-30 minutes far from Phuket Town.
