I've been looking for new investment, so the villa I want should be luxurious, private and fully equipped. This project has met my needs a lot. It is a 260-sq.m villa with 3 bedrooms with a private pool, sauna, fitness, and elevator - nice design and modern. You can see the beautiful Kata Bay right in front of you. Also, the project is surrounded by local shops, Makro, and various restaurants a few hundred meters away. It is a very convenient location. Even though the price of the villa is a bit high, it's worthwhile when compared with the quality and what I will get.
