Large villa in a natural atmosphere

It's a fantastic villa because of its large space, which is divided well into many zones, including 3 bedrooms, ensuite bathrooms, large living area, outdoor swimming pool with a mountain view, just wow! From Karon Beach, I could get to the project in 10 minutes. This place is near restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions like Makro, Big Buddha, Kata Beach, Chalong Temple, Chalong Pier. Plus, the owner was so kind to us; they ensured we stayed with the best help and gave up good recommendations. There were security guards for 24 hours. I will be back next year.
Very worthwhile for this investment.

I invested in a villa in this project for rent out. First of all, I chose this place because I like the location. I think I will be able to rent it out. It is close to Big Buddha, Chalong Temple, and Central Festival Phuket shopping mall. Also, it's not far from Chalong Pier, so that you can take a boat trip to various islands easily. Going to the town takes a few minutes. The project is quiet with a 24 hours security guard. The villa I bought is very spacious, suitable for living as a large family. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms; the price includes luxury furniture like a 5-star hotel. You don't need to buy any decoration anymore before renting it out. There is also a large swimming pool with a terrace in front of the house. It's a good relaxing corner for family members. It is considered very worthwhile for this investment.
