Convenient location between Kata Beach and Karon Beach, but not close to the beach. It's a very quiet location, perfect for relaxing. The villa is modern and beautifully designed with 2 bedrooms. A private pool is a bit small, but you can swim and chill. Also, the pool is on another road's side, making it not very private, which is quite uncomfortable.
The owner of the house is friendly. The house has a swimming pool and a garden.

The house here is a two-bedroom type, approximately 100 square meters in size. The area is considered quite spacious and matches our family. I don't like the pool because it is quite narrow. However, we can sit and admire the beautiful sunset view in the evening on the balcony. There is a small barbecue area as well. This house is considered to be the most complete with in-house facilities and pleasant. However, the project is not connected to the beach, and it is 2 kilometers from Kata Beach.

My family and I choose to rent this villa as it provides a convenient location, close to Kata Beach and my office, with only a 5-minute drive. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. My daughter is studying at an international school which is about 10 minutes away. It saves my wife a lot of time. The villa is spacious, fully furnished with beautiful decorations. The pool is clean and well maintained. I think the owner takes good care of it. Moreover, the villa has a spectacular view of Kata Beach and a strict security system. The rental price is reasonable. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good villa in the Karon area.

Booking this villa was one of the best deals I could get for my birthday celebration in Phuket. The villa I rented has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ideal for partying with friends because you don't need to take a risk driving to a bar or a pub. Plus, the villa is complemented with a large swimming pool and a large sunbathing area. As I mostly spent time in the villa, I don't really have information about the neighborhood. This time, I only went to Patong Beach and drove past restaurants and convenience stores along the way, quite convenient.

Luxury project located near the Karon area, where the area is full of tranquil residences. It is located away from the 7-Eleven Tay Na Branch, just 770 meters only. If you want to buy something, you have to go to the city for about 20-30 minutes. In the house area, it includes a private swimming pool. This village is considered secure as there are CCTVs installed around the project. It's worthwhile and ideal for living with a big family.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff here because they are all professional with excellent service and help. They also recommend many interesting tourist attractions. The villa interior is tranquil and private, comprising a private pool and car parking spaces. The balcony at the 2nd and 3rd floors offer a fantastic sunset view. In general, the villa is spacious, can accommodate many people. It's worth the money paid.
