The villa is for rent. The owner takes good care of the villa. It is clean and furnished with standard furniture. The villa is clearly divided into good proportions. There is a high-edge fence, a swimming pool, and parking. Most of the neighbors are foreigners. The maid is friendly. The property is located in a good location in Chalong, which has complete facilities. Traveling to Chalong Pier is just 5 minutes, while Rawai beach and Kata beach are also very close. But the villa is not next to the sea and is located in a very deep alley. I recommend having a car or motorbike for traveling, which is very convenient!
