To get to the project by car, start from Wat Suwan Kiriwong School. Head northwest on Phra Baramee Road (Route 4029), about 200 meters. Once you reach an intersection, turn left onto Route 4055. Go straight for 2.2 kilometers and turn left again onto Phangmuang Sai Kor Road. Then continue to drive for 29 meters. You will see ART@Patong on your left-hand side.

Average Development, but in the heart of Patong

Had a condo here that I rented long term. The building is averagely maintained, the lifts can be out of action a fair bit. Its a budget condo complex, but the pool is big and the gym is is also of size. Rooms are small, had the one bed studio, but otherwise its a perfectly place to stay.

The best room and value for money. The staff is very friendly. Inside the room, there is a small kitchen, living room area, and a balcony for all rooms. The night is relatively quiet without noises bothering. It has an amazing swimming pool and fully equipped gym. It also takes only a 20-minute walk to Patong Beach; considered a great location, close to everything you need, such as beaches, restaurants, and shops. My room is new, clean, and well equipped. Overall, it is very suitable for relaxing in the summer.

This condo is excellent and valuable for money. Great location, close to Jungceylon Shopping center, Bangla road, Supermarket, and the beach! The room is very nice, spacious and has no noise from the street. The pool is also large, and the gym is well equipped. I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff speaks perfect English, and the security guard always helps me find the parking lot whenever I am back from outside. Overall pleasing, but the wifi was too slow sometimes.
It is one of the right places to stay in Patong.

It is one of the right places to stay in Patong. Close to all the necessary amenities, such as restaurants, Patong Beach, Bangla Road, and Jungceylon Shopping Mall. Within the project, there are good facilities. The staff is friendly. I rented a 1-bedroom unit at a very affordable price. It comes with full furniture, and some kitchen equipment, not complete for cooking, so I need to add more by myself. Overall, it is considered okay.

I bought a one-bedroom unit as a vacation condo. I don't feel disappointed in choosing this place as the price is not high. It also comes with full furniture, so it's ready to move in. The swimming pool of the project is wide enough for the number of residents. More importantly, this place is close to Patong Beach, pubs, bars, and restaurants. Even if this place is a crowded tourist attraction, it is not too close to the beach to disturb your privacy. This place is suitable for both a short-term and long-term stay.

A small and cozy place, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and parking. The staff is also lovely, providing a good service. The 1-bedroom unit with a mini kitchen in the room and a balcony where you can enjoy the evening breeze. The atmosphere is quite peaceful, not far from the Patong Center. Walking to Patong Beach takes about 10 minutes.
