The location is great in the Patong area. If you walk to the beach, it's only 850 meters away. Although the exterior looks a bit old, the owner takes good care of it. The interior is well decorated, beautiful, and the air conditioner is cool. There are a swimming pool and a rooftop area for the residents.

I have rented a renovated a very spacious 4 level townhouse here a few times over the years and found it really convenient to Patong without all of the noise. The views of the ocean, sunset, city, and mountain views are spectacular here. I noticed some of the residences have rooftop salas with jaccuzi. I saw a few with small pools on the lower level also. The townhouse I rented had its own gym and pool table. Parking can be a challenge sometimes but it is great for a group stay so we found it easier to rent motorbikes instead.

It is a great value villa suitable for the price. There is a complete range of facilities, decorated in a modern style. The villa has been renovated, and it is very pleasant. There is also a rooftop for sunbathing and relaxing anytime. The project is also nestled on the hill, overlooking 360-degree stunning scenery. I bought it here because the weather is good and the atmosphere is tranquil and private. I can relax after work comfortably.

The houses are surrounded by many famous tourist spots in Patong amid nature with a good environment. Therefore, it is very suitable for relaxation because it is calm and private. It is very fulfilling. So I rented this place with 3 bedrooms, a room-size ideal for 1-6 people living. It has stylishly decorated furniture suitable for all lifestyles. In addition, there are facilities for the residents to use. It is also located not far from Patong Beach, where you can travel comfortably ever.

The view is fantastic, overlooking the turquoise sea, terrific! I have designed a townhouse that I bought entirely. The rooftop is suitable for sitting, eating, drinking, and enjoying the atmosphere with family members. There are 3 bedrooms in total, and of course, one of them is for my husband and me. Another room is the father's room, and the last room is the daughter's room. The furniture provided by the project is considered excellent. The common area has a swimming pool and a fitness center to use. Located near Patong Beach, a wonderful place for my whole family.
It's a wonderful project.

The project here is located in Patong, where many foreigners are living, both Europeans and Asians. The most important thing for us is safety. I think the villas here are the best answer. There is also a housekeeper who is cleaning daily. Besides, the house design is standard, not very special. It's an old building, but the furniture is quite a grade of excellent quality. There is a deck where you can sit and watch the sea view. I had a happy time here with my family, and it's really good !! Impressed !!
