To get to D Condo Kathu, you can start from Central Phuket Floresta, heading north and turning left onto road number 4024 about 1 kilometer. Keep left and continue driving straight on Road 4024 for about 400 meters. Then turn Right onto Phra Phuket Kaew Road about 2.3 kilometers and turn right for about 130 meters. Turn left (55 meters) and turn right for another 290 meters, and you will see the D-Condo Kathu project on the right-hand side.

It's a perfect place where 7-Eleven and family mart are just a few steps in front of the project. The project area is surrounded by many Thai restaurants along the road. If you want to go to Patong, it takes only 10 minutes away. Also, it is close to the famous shopping mall, Central Festival, only 5 minutes away. Moreover, the condo is also close to my office, convenient! So it's a perfect location, accessible to all destinations. D Condo Kathu is a cozy condo, comprising a swimming pool and a great small gym. I can go to the central office happily. I rented a studio room. The unit area fits well, and the decoration is simple but functional.
