Directions to the project

To get to The Marin Phuket by car, start from Thao Thep Krasattri Monument heading southeast for 39 meters to Route 4027 before making a U-turn and go straight for 1.1 kilometers. When you reach the roundabout, take Exit 1 to Route 4025 for approximately 7 kilometers and continue onto Route 4030 for 6.4 kilometers. Then turn left onto Soi Kamala 12 for 120 meters and turn right for 10 meters; you will find the project.

Luxury condominium project in the Kamala area. There are complete facilities such as 4 large swimming pools, a restaurant, and a spacious parking space with a 24-hour front desk. It is suitable for relaxation and as a second home because the atmosphere is quiet. Of course, it's worth the investment. It would attract a lot of attention from foreigners seeking a peaceful living for sure.

I can’t wait to move into this place. The room that I reserved is a two-bedroom unit with the right size. It’s well-decorated in a very modern style. As for the location, it is near Kamala beach in which there are many delicious restaurants and famous beach clubs. If you were around, I think that I would be extremely happy. It’s also an excellent option for investment because, as you know, Phuket is considered to be one of the most famous tourist destinations in Thailand. I guarantee it will be easy for resale or rent out.

The project is still under construction and is expected to be completed within the next year. I think it must be very beautiful, and I have read through the project quite a bit. I think this condo is worth investing in, suitable for a vacation condo. If going into town is not complicated, there are many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood !!

I had a chance to visit the showroom at The Martin Phuket, an interesting project located in a potential area for a vacation place. The project surrounding is quite tranquil and surrounded by lush green nature. The on-site is luxury, featuring a complete range of facilities and beautifully decorated. All areas are perfectly allocated. Only the project showroom and video presentation attract me much, and I'd like to see after the project is completed. After a long decision, I decided to book 1 room because in the future I believe that this location will be the destination for world-wide tourists to visit here.

I've booked a 1-bedroom Type B unit of the Marin Phuket, yet the project is still under construction. I chose the project because it is surrounded by nature and within walking distance to Kamala beach. Just a few steps, I can enjoy the beautiful and calm beach, which makes me relax and enjoy the sea, the sun and the sand there. This place is suitable for sea lovers, and I'm one of them. The on-site facility is modern and fully-equipped, such as 4 swimming pools, a fitness center, a lobby, underground parking lots, and the security system for 24 hours, which suits the future's needs. The Marin Phuket is surrounded by famous beach clubs such as Cafe Del Mar and HQ Beach Club. You can enjoy the chilling moment with many places around. I visited the mock-up room, and I'm interested in modern luxurious design in nature. No regret buying the room here at all.

Modern Luxurious condominium with furniture from leading brands. There are two types of room available: a studio and 1-bedroom. The size of the room is perfect, not too small or too big. It’s suitable for 1-2 people to stay. A condominium is located only 100 meters away from Kamala beach and not far from Cafe Del Mar and Phuket Fantasea, where many tourists come for popular shows every year.
