The building (the bricks and mortar) can be owned by a non-Thai national outright in their name in what is called the house registry which secures ownership indefinitely of the structure. 

In Thailand non-Thai nationals cannot own land outright in their name. Land can be controlled through either a Thai Company or a long-term registered lease. The longest registered lease term by Thai law is 30 years and most developers will offer 3 terms for a total of 90 years.

This project is an ideal pool villa for investment. It has a very high level of privacy as the number of units limited to 6 units. It's conveniently located, close to local communities, and easy to travel, just a few minutes to Phuket FantaSea. The large villa has 3 bedrooms with a private pool. The plan is open-space, spacious, very stylish, and modern. The villa is also energy-saving from solar cells' installation. From the villa, I can see Kamala Bay's view, which is a very breathtaking sunset. I think this place is perfect if you are looking for an investment property that can make substantial profits in the future!!
