It is another very interesting condo at a reasonable price, considering the location on Kamala Hill and not far from Nakalay beach. The project's facilities and services are also suitable for people of all ages, such as a swimming pool, restaurant, and spa. It takes only 10 mins to Kamala, Surin, and Patong beach if you want to travel. Unfortunately, there are only one-bedroom units, not many choices. Therefore, it can accommodate only 1-3 people; the room is quite spacious and well-proportioned. Imagine if you could see the view from the balcony. It should be delightful and made your day. For those who want to buy and rent, both can be the right choice. The project guaranteed a 7 % return within 15 years, which I think is very worth it.

Very attractive vacation hideaway in Phuket, suitable for long-term investment. It's an interesting and credible project as a famous company develops it under the management of many projects. Located in the Naka Beach area. The project focuses on the luxury concept design—nice and stylish. There are full facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness, bar, spa, and ample car park. Take about 15 minutes from Patong beach. The project's surrounding is private, shady from the tree. Unfortunately, there is only one room type.
