To get to the project by car, you can start from Huai Sai Tai Cha-Am with a distance of 3.8 kilometers, and it takes about 6 minutes. Then, head north for about 34 meters and turn right. After that, continue straight for about 450 meters, and turn left onto route 4 or Petchkasem Road. Then, continue straight for about 1.1 kilometers, make a U-turn, and continue for another 1.7 kilometers. Finally, turn left, continue for about 550 meters, and you will find the project on the right.

I bought a condo here with 2 bedrooms, 65 sq m., located in the 7th building, on the 3rd floor, not expensive. It's perfect for occasional vacations during the holidays. This place is really beautifully designed. I like the large swimming pool connected and surrounded by trees, looking very shady and comfortable. The condo has a private beach that you can walk down to. The location here is not suitable for buying to live because it is far from the city, but it is ideal for a long vacation destination to relax and need privacy which is very tranquil. All facilities are satisfactory—especially the large outdoor swimming pool next to the beach. Every time I go swimming, I feel comfortable and relax with nature. It's very satisfying. The disadvantage is that the parking lot is not enough, especially during a long weekend. It's very frustrating. On the other hand, this place is perfect for dog lovers like me because small dogs are allowed. But there are conditions, the registration must also be completed, and it must strictly comply with the requirements set by the condo. Anyone who wants to relax and relieve stress, I recommend it here as it offers both monthly and daily rentals. Very worthwhile!!
