I bought a 4-bedroom villa with a private pool here for renting out. I managed to decorate the villa with beautiful furniture in all 4 bedrooms. My villa received better feedback than I expected from the clients. There are quite a lot of customers interested in staying here, especially the large group of customers renting my villa up to a week. It makes a good return to me.

I have rented this condo monthly. It's all okay. The house is extensive with nice decoration, making the entire room comfortable. Outside the house are a garden and a pavilion for chilling in the evening. There are also furniture and appliances, which is very convenient for me. Anyway, I found a small problem with electricity as it automatically cut twice since I moved in. I told the staff, and the problem was solved quickly. In terms of the location, it is very okay for me as it is not in Pattaya's center, making people less crowded. To travel to the city, it only takes 20 minutes. For me, it is not that far. If there is a chance to come back to Pattaya again, I would like to own this house.
