After that, turn right and go straight for another 290 meters. Then, slightly left and go straight for about 1.2 kilometers. After that, turn left again and keep going for about 750 meters. Then, turn right onto Soi Mabprachan Lang 3 and go straight for 800 meters. After that, turn right and go straight for 160 meters; you will find Lakeside Court on the right.

I bought a resale house at a very affordable price. The unit that I bought is a 4-bedroom house with a total plot size of 800 sq.m., which is very spacious for me. It is a 2-story detached house. Plus, the area comes with the perfect proportion, including the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The location is superb as it’s close to tourist attractions and facilities, like department stores, convenience stores, schools, and hospitals. The facilities within the project are okay but not as fancy as other new projects. The condo is well-gated with high privacy for those looking for a house to stay in with their family. I would recommend this project.
