I just decided to buy a room at this condo 5 days ago. I chose it here because I rented it for my stay 2 months ago and I like it. Another reason for choosing here is the location in the Pratumnak area, which is very private and peaceful, yet prosperous and convenient. It's close to many tourist attractions, especially the Asia Pattaya Golf Course that I like to play a lot, so I bought a room here. The project is well maintained, although it looks a bit old. The garden is beautifully decorated, the swimming pool is massive, the restaurant in lovely decorations sells delicious food. There are other facilities. Good for relaxing, the staff takes good care of us. The room I chose has 2 bedrooms, with a very spacious unit area and full furniture. The materials are modern in good quality. When you walk to the balcony and sip a tea, you can enjoy the view of Pattaya city and the sea in the distance. Really beautiful and comfortable. The price is reasonable.
