This project is very worthwhile. Since the recent debut, the project has got many presale reservations. So what am I waiting for? I have reserved 2 rooms of 1-bedroom units with a very beautiful and functional layout. There is a large balcony and a full set of furniture. The project facilities are exclusive and luxurious as well, especially the Japanese-style onsen that I like. The price is perfect with a guaranteed 8% rental return per year for 5 years, a 114% buyback program, and a free stay in the condo for 27 days a year. It is very convenient in this location, close to many attractions, including Underwater World Pattaya, Jomtien Beach, Colosseum Show Pattaya, and shopping malls. Markets are not far away. If anyone is interested, you should hurry. I heard that the rooms were going to sell out soon. It's great.
