I booked a 2-bedroom unit last week. The reason I bought it was because I wanted a condo in Pattaya. I'd focused on many aspects before buying, whether the location, project facilities, and room types. Honestly, I love it here because it is close to the main road and easily accessible and convenient. Moreover, it is close to tourist destinations, shops, and the on-site restaurant. Inside the project is luxury and the security system is great. Non-residents are difficult to enter this project because the security is excellent. They have to use key card access in terms of car parking areas and residential buildings. Many facilities facilitate the residents, comprising a reception hall decorated with luxurious elegance for sitting and meeting points. Also, there are gardens, playgrounds, yoga, spa, gym, swimming pool, and sky bar on the rooftop. I love the project facilities area because it is the point where everyone can access, where the view is not obstructed located in the center of the project. The project gives a high priority and cares for the residents. Overall, the project is well-designed and in a good location while waiting for the project's completion date, and I will review it again after we have moved in.
