To get to the project by car, you can start from Sue San Intersection, heading south on Pattaya 3rd Road for about 1.1 kilometers. Keep left and continue straight onto Pattaya 3rd Road for about 550 meters. Turn left at Pratumnak Intersection and continue straight on Pratumnak Road for about 550 meters. Turn right onto Soi Kasetsin for about 210 meters and turn right onto Soi Rajchawaroon for about 240 meters. Continue straight on Kasetsin Road for another 200 meters, and you will see The Lofts Pratumnak on the left-hand side.

Clean condo to relax.

I have rented this condo for a while because it is cozy and located close to Pattaya Town and my office. It is conveniently accessible and safe for time traveling. I bought a 1 bedroom unit which is decorated with fully furnished and the living area is spacious. There is a built-in shelf to put everything and easily take it. Staying here is also convenient. There is also a balcony and a living area for a relaxing area. When I open the door, it is well-ventilated. During the day time, I don't need to turn on the air-conditioner at all, and it is pleasant for reading and experiencing the beautiful scenery. Moreover, the common area is great-service, clean, cozy, and tranquil. The security system is excellent. In my view, I'm impressed with the services, and it is well-maintained.

Quiet and private surrounding atmosphere. The building is simple, suitable for living. Convenient location, close to Phra Tamnak Hill. The neighbors here are nice and friendly. The building is a bit old but has complete facilities, such as a swimming pool, elevators, and parking, but the parking lot is not enough.
Buy it as a resort, worthwhile.

This condo is in the heart of Bali Hai Pier with many tourist attractions. The Lofts Pratumnak is a good location. I bought 1 bedroom as a vacation rental with my husband, which is very good because it is fully equipped, whether it is a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a great security system. The interior of the 1 bedroom unit has many furnishings and is ready to move in.
Nice condo but not enough car parking

I always have a problem with the parking lot. I don't understand why the parking lot is too little and never enough for the residents. If you go back to the condo at 7:00 PM, you hardly find a car park. However, it is much easier if you have a motorbike. As for the rooms and facilities, I think the project provides such excellent services. My room offers a pool view, a wide balcony, and fully furnished. The kitchen comprises a microwave and a hood, ready to use. The condo is in an uncrowded location, quiet and safe.

I have rented this condo for almost a year now and never found any problem, as the staff takes good care of this condo. My room is a spacious fully-furnished unit with 1 bedroom. The furniture is durable and high-quality. It’s in the Pratumnak Hill area where I personally like as it’s so quiet and calm compared to other areas of Pattaya. It isn’t far from big shopping malls and restaurants, which is very convenient.

I bought this condo several years ago because the price is very affordable for a spacious condo. I bought a 2-bedroom unit with approximately 74 sq.m. wide and decorated with standard furniture, making the room look beautiful and modern. Also, the condo is in a good location because it is close to many famous tourist attractions such as Bali Hai Pier, Phra Tamnak Hill View Point, Pratumnak Night Market, and Pattaya Night Bazaar. The condo's common areas include a swimming pool, a gym, a yard, and a garden, which may look dated as it was completed a long time ago. However, it's well-maintained.
