Direction
To get to the project by car, start from Sukhumvit Road (Route 3), heading south to enter Soi Sukhumvit-Pattaya 93. Drive for 1.2 kilometers and make a U-turn at Na Jomtien 4. Continue for 3.2 kilometers and turn left onto Soi Bun Kanjana for another 1.8 kilometers. Turn right at Soi Bun Kanjana 7 for 1.2 kilometers and turn left into Soi Jomtien 8. Continue for 110 meters; you will find the project on your left.

The room is suitable for a good price. The location is also convenient to travel to and close to major tourist attractions such as The Central Supermarket, Big C, and Jomtien Beach. Personally, I come to stay here very often. I choose the 1 bedroom, which is the perfect size for 2 people. The room is fully furnished, and the security system is able to enter and exit with a key card system. It is a system that I really like because it is very convenient and safe. The condo atmosphere is quiet, and there is also a swimming pool on the rooftop, overlooking a fantastic sea view. Even relaxing or sunbathing is convenient.

It's a quality condo at a low price. My room is a studio room. Although it is small, the space is functional. I sit in the rooftop pool in my spare time, overlooking Jomtien Beach's view, which is very enjoyable. It takes a few steps to the beach. Jomtien Beach is another famous tourist destination, making the atmosphere around the condo quite crowded. Therefore, the project may not be suitable for people who want privacy. Personally, I'm not serious. Overall, I'm satisfied.
Get to see the beautiful sea view of Pattaya.

It is a nice condo with a sea view. I like the swimming pool here because the pool is quite big so I can swim to exercise. As for the room, it is in good condition. Furniture used to match with the decoration style makes it look tidy. The view from the window of the room can also see Pattaya Beach, bringing you to feel relaxed. As for the journey, it is convenient because it is very close to Jomtien Beach. It is only a few hundred meters apart and surrounded by many restaurants. Therefore, you do not have to worry about eating food at all.

The condo is located on Jomtien Beach, close to restaurants, beautiful beaches, and a swimming pool with a Jacuzzi on the rooftop. The building is well maintained and easy access to taxis or buses to Pattaya. There is also a small fitness room and sauna. The condo is quiet, non-crowded, and not far from the Bali Hai Night Market and Big C. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I think that I will come back and stay here again.

I've been here for about 7 months now, and I can assure you that you won't find it anywhere else like this because the facilities are complete and very close to the beach. It's only about 5-10 minutes walk, and there are many seafood restaurants in the neighborhood. The building is strong. The room I stayed in was a studio room, consisting of a small kitchen with already installed kitchen equipment and well-fitted for use. Pattaya is known as a city with more expensive items. The journey is convenient and comfortable.

I stayed at this condo with my girlfriend in a one-bedroom unit. The room is spacious, fully furnished with quality furniture and kitchen appliances, suitable for people who like to cook their meals. The condo is located in a prosperous community area but highly private, close to tourist places and amenities such as Jomtien Beach, 7/11 convenience stores, shops, restaurants, Central Festival Pattaya Beach. It’s very convenient to get around. The common area has facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, etc. Throughout my stay here, the only thing that bothers me is unstable Wi-Fi with terrible signals; it dropped all the time. They should improve it as soon as possible.

Very convenient location, only a few hundred meters to Jomtien. There are complete facilities such as a rooftop swimming pool, a sauna, and a fitness center. The room is clean without insects, but the size is a bit small. It has a balcony with city views and free Wi-Fi. The people who live here are friendly. The surrounding atmosphere is quiet, pleasant to live in, and not crowded.
