To get to the project by car, you can start from Pattaya Beach, heading southwest on the beach road towards Pattaya 13/1 through Pizza Hut on the left-hand side for about 600 meters. Turn left about 150 meters behind World Gems and turn right again. You will pass through the White Inn Hotel on the right-hand side. Continue straight for about 900 meters to continue to Phasaeng Road through Manita Boutique Hotel on the right-hand side about 600 meters. Turn right onto Kasetsin Road about 850 meters, and you will see the project on the left-hand side.

Good location, lovely room and near my favorite tourist attraction

It's one of the condos which is suitable for vacation. The price is suitable for space and room size, and its location offers to overlook the sea view. It's easily accessible everywhere. So, we decided to buy it here because we already visited and have a vacation in Pattaya every year. When traveling, you can relax at the condo, no need to find a new place. Also, I always rent it out when the room is available. I've chosen to buy a studio room. It's the perfect size for 2 people. The room is fully furnished with a large glass door that can see the outside view as far as possible. There are many facilities, such as elevators, car parking, a gym, etc. The project facilities I like is the rooftop pool with sunbeds provided. It's very worth using and delivers the most beautiful view of the condo. The staff has a great service no matter what helps you ask for. Overall, it is okay and suitable for vacation.
