To get to the project by car, start from Thepprasit Intersection in front of Outlet Mall Pattaya. Turn left onto Thepprasit Road and continue for 2.9 kilometers and turn right onto Thappraya Road. Continue for 800 meters and turn left onto Phra Tamnak Road for 550 meters. Turn left again into Soi Phra Tamnak 4 for 600 meters. Great condo with lovely atmosphere

The atmosphere of this condo is perfect, making me feel so relaxed during my stay. The condo is located on Pratumnak Hill, where it's Pattaya's peaceful area, and it isn't far from Cozy Beach. From the window in my room, I can see such a stunning panoramic sea view, which I would say that I could sit and enjoy all day. My room is a studio unit. It's not too small so that it makes me feel comfortable. I always go to the gym. It's fully-equipped. Overall, I am very satisfied.
Quiet condo, but traveling is not very convenient.

I'm in the room downstairs. You can walk into the pool. The housekeeper here takes good care of it. The area is clean when moving into the room. There are 2 air conditioners and fully furnished, ready to move in. There is also a 24-hour security guard and a spacious car park. The disadvantage is that I think traveling is not very convenient and far from shopping centers. If you take a taxi, this will be very expensive. If you have a private car, it will be more convenient. At first, I often get lost, but now I get used to it. I think Pattaya is surrounded by all the important places and has many beautiful beaches. Travel is not difficult, and there is a market where food is not expensive !!

We bought a 1 bedroom unit here; the living area is quite large. It comes with materials and decoration that seems durable and in high quality. Besides, the facilities are fully equipped, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and sauna. The staff is friendly. At first, I thought of buying it for a rental business because the project's location is full of shops and convenience stores that are easy to reach. You can also walk to Paradise Beach Pattaya and Asia Pattaya Golf Course within 8 minutes. As expected, When posting the rental details, there are customers interested in contacting me. People pay a lot of attention because the rental price is friendly. Calculating from my monthly payment by installment to the bank, the condo still makes good incomes for me. I consider it worth investing in renting out.
