The project that can meet living needs.

I decided to buy a 2-bedroom condo, which is considered a fairly large room. Now it's still in the process of renovating because I think it wouldn't be difficult to resell it for speculation due to the condo location. After all, this neighborhood is close to tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants such as 3 Mermaids Cafe & Restaurant, Pratumnak Hill, Big Buddha Temple, Pattaya Beach, Walking Street that make life here comfortable. Most importantly, the condo is located in a location with a variety of transportation options to choose from, such as Ferries and Utapao-Rayong-Pattaya International Airport. Apart from that, my selling point is the common area because there are saunas, squash courts, tennis courts, fitness centers, and swimming pools. Besides, there are facilities both outside and in the neighborhood of the project that can meet living needs.
