I have lived here for 2 years. It is a very nice place to stay. For me, the rental price is not expensive. All rooms are quality and suitable for a good price. The staff is also friendly, and the surrounding is clean. The project provides a high-security system. There is a large swimming pool in the center of the condo and a fully equipped gym. It is easy to access and use. In addition, the location is not far from Jomtien Beach, local markets, and nightlife.

I rented a room here. The price is very affordable, but the room looks good with a spacious area. Moreover, the furniture is of quality. There may be an old structure because it was built for a long time. However, the project has always taken care of it, so there aren't many problems. Besides, there are also facilities within the condo, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, garden, and shop. It also easily accesses Central Festival Pattaya, Pattaya Floating Market, and Jomtien Beach. Overall, I like it. I recommend it.

The room I stay in is a 1 bedroom type, approximately 35 square meters. It is a garden view room. I think it might be too narrow for two people, and more suitable for only one person. The common area includes a large swimming pool and a shuttle bus service that will take you to Jomtien Beach in about 7-8 minutes only. If you want to enjoy a full city, you can rent a motorbike at an affordable price !!

It's a high-quality condo at an affordable price. The location is so perfect, which is close to Jomtien beach. It takes only 10 mins walk. Even though it's near Jomtien beach, it's not too close to disturb your privacy. The swimming pool within the project is so large. My room has 1 bedroom. It's fully furnished with a simple design, and also the furniture is high-quality. It's worth every penny.

It is a good relaxing place, just a little away from Pattaya Beach Road and the nightlife venues. It is quiet and comfortable to access. If you're looking for a place for a family with a simple style in the Jomtien Beach area, Paradise Park is an excellent place to stay. The room interior is ok with a simple look but represents modernity. Overall, this condo features complete facilities such as a great vast and large swimming pool, a shady garden, and a reception hall. The people here are friendly. Moreover, Paradise Park has a beautiful landscape. There is a 24-hour security system, and a shuttle bus service to the beach is also available for a fee. It was considered ok for me because it is within walking distance to local markets, fruit stalls, convenience stores, and nightlife venues easily and safely. Everything is ok for real relaxation.

Large swimming pool for children and families with an adequate parking lot. The studio room with one bedroom is 35 sq.m, which is quite small, but suitable for living alone. It comes with standard furniture, beds, and wardrobes. The project is close to Jomtien Beach. You can reach fresh markets and convenience stores within walking distance, but the project is quite far from the nightlife.
