Travel by car- You can start from Cozy Beach with a distance of approximately 700 meters, or it takes about 3 minutes to drive. Firstly, head northeast on Kasetsin Road toward Soi Kasetsin 3. Then, go straight for about 48 meters and continue on Rajchawaroon Road. After that, keep going for about 550 meters and turn right onto Soi Kasetsin 3. This condo is newly complete, and I’ve already moved in. The condo is classy, reasonable for the price.

I reserved a two-bedroom and two-bathroom unit since the condo was still under construction. My room is quite small, but I don’t mind. The thing that comes first is the view and atmosphere, which is super nice. I’ve been here for 2 months, and I love it! This place is worth what I’ve paid, so I would like to recommend it for those who are looking for an affordable condo. Plus, the project features complete facilities like a large swimming pool, rooftop garden, and gym. The staff is also super friendly and attentive. Getting around from the project is quite convenient. It’s also close to the beach, department stores, convenience stores, and restaurants, so I don’t waste my time getting anywhere. The only downside I’ve found is that the project provides only 50% car parking which sometimes isn’t enough for the residents. Sometimes, it takes me a while to find a car parking space.
