Luxury boutique building in a great location

I bought a condo in this building 6 years ago, after looking at many other buildings the main plus points for me buying were: Size - Small boutique building, so generally very quiet, no waiting for the lift and not busy in the common areas. Also all of the rooms in the building are a generous size, 45sqm being the smallest (studio). Quality - The quality of the finish & materials is some of the best I have seen in any project in Pattaya. Location - Only a few minutes from Pattaya city centre and 800m to Pratumnak beach, surrounded by some of the best restaurants in the city. Security - CCTV around the whole project, key card access to all areas and 2 security guards on an a night time make you feel very secure. Maintenance - 3 full time cleaners keep all of the common areas spotlessly clean at all times. Facilities - Rooftop infinity pool is excellent and always clean, new sun loungers and covered sunbathing areas are being fitted soon. The gym is small but is ok for a cardio workout.

I’ve stayed here recently. It’s a great condo at an affordable price, and it’s also in a great location as it’s not far from Jomtien Beach. Fortunately, there was the Songkran Festival when I was there, which was so much fun! The room I stayed in was a studio room. The living area and balcony are very spacious and fully furnished. In the evening, I usually chilled out at the rooftop pool, or sometimes I went to the fitness center. The equipment in the fitness center wasn’t new, but still functional. It has been well maintained. The staff here is all very nice and attentive. There are many shops, restaurants, and convenience stores around the condo. For those who want to travel around the city, I recommend renting a motorbike. It will be very convenient to drive through small alleys. It’s not as dangerous as in BKK. I will definitely come back to the Songkran festival next year and stay here again.
