Nice view and near Jomtien Beach

I am lucky to rent a room at Jomtien Beach. Every morning I wake up, I feel that I receive positive energy. I also touched with pleasant relaxation because this condo is tranquil and not noisy. The pool and gym are clean. The garden area is well maintained, which I love to sit and relax during the day. Besides, there are also many delicious restaurants for me to choose from as a person who loves eating so much.

A big project right next to Jomtien Beach. I don't have to say how beautiful the view is. The room is facing a sea view so that you can watch the endless wide-angel view - very nice atmosphere. The project has a complete common area with a large outdoor swimming pool and ample parking. I live on the 24th floor, in a 1-bedroom fully- furnished unit with a small kitchen corner. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Not recommended to live together as a family because the room is quite small, but if you live with your partner, it is the right size and easy to clean.

Fantastic condo by the beach

I've been here for about a year now. Overall, it is satisfying. The price is reasonable, considering that it is in a good location. It takes about an hour from BKK. Just cross the road, you can go to Jomtien beach. Anyway, it's pretty far from the center of Pattaya City. Most of the staff are helpful and friendly. There are only few times that you may find them ignorant. For me, it's acceptable, as there are over a thousand units. It's quite challenging to manage. The facilities include a swimming pool, a gym, a library, and parking spaces sufficient for all residents. They remain clean all time. Also, vending machines are very convenient, including washing machines, dryers, and beverage vending machines. Unfortunately, there is no coin exchange machine, so I would recommend you to prepare coins beforehand. The room that I stay in is a one-bedroom unit at approximately 28 sq.m. It's not large, but I don't feel uncomfortable. Also, it's made of high-quality materials. I consider it suitable for investment or buying as a vacation home.
New condo at an affordable price

It is a newly built condominium with relatively affordable prices. Each building has a separate swimming pool with card access and another communal pool by the sea. In the evening, the scenery is so stunning where you can relax comfortably. This condo is decorated in a modern style, which matches all ages. Moreover, the project facilities and management are excellent. It is a great value to buy it for staying. Apart from that, the project location is nicely situated, close to South Jomtien Beach and shopping malls, taking a few minutes only. It is secure and safe, staying here is very comfortable.

The condo is very close to Jomtien beach. The atmosphere is very good; the project's facilities are also complete, including a swimming pool, a gym, sauna, exercise garden, and a library. The room is okay. I rent a 1-bedroom unit. The living area is quite small but well-divided, not cramped. The furniture is standard. Throughout my stay, I've never faced any problems. Don't expect too much about privacy because there are 3 buildings with over 2,000 residential units. With good location and price, the condo is quite popular for living and rental. It's really busy, especially in the high season. The common area is sometimes insufficient.
