To get to the project by car, you can start from Pattaya Kart speedway with a total distance of 2.5 kilometers, or it takes 6 minutes to drive. Firstly head north and for 350 meters and turn left onto Thepprasit Road. After that, go straight for 1.6 kilometers and turn right Dee Rent Motorbikes (located on the right). Then, keep going for 68 meters, and turn right. Keep going for 450 meters, and turn right. Within about 100 meters, you will find Jomtien Condotel and Village on the left-hand side.

This condo is pretty old but it’s still perfect. It’s suitable for vacation in front of the beautiful beach.

I stayed in this condo to relax, and I would say that I'm so impressed staying here. The project was completed many years ago, but it's still in excellent condition. My room is a spacious 3-bedroom with a beautiful interior design. Most importantly, it takes just a few minutes to get to the beach. Sometimes, I found that it's pretty crowded but not too disturbing. There are full facilities in a common area. I love that the outdoor swimming pool is so spacious. One of my friends liked to go to the gym. Plus, this place is in a great location in the heart of Pattaya City, so it's pretty convenient to go anywhere. For those who plan to visit Pattaya, I recommend this condo.
