I have been living here for 6 months. It is a condo in a good location because it's not far from restaurants, shops, or convenience stores, which is quite convenient for me. The interior of my 1 bedroom room is modern and simple from nice materials. The living area is functional and suitable for 1-2 people to stay. The condo also has a spacious common area that is well maintained such as a large swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym, and 24-hour security system. I think the management is quite okay and systematic; the staff takes care of us really nicely. Besides, the neighbors are good and friendly. So I'm very impressed with this condo and I think that I will probably rent it for a long time.
