I decided to buy this condo right after I visited the mock-up room. Personally, I am quite confident in the project's developer, as it's the same developer to Siamese Pattaya and XQ Pattaya Hotel, the famous chain hotels in Pattaya. I have stayed in these 2 hotels frequently. I am quite satisfied with the service. So, I decided to buy Once Pattaya without hesitation because it provides the hotel-standard service. There are also services such as shuttle buses and housekeeping services that we can book from our phones, so it's very convenient. The facilities include lounges, a cafe, and a fitness center. I bought a one-bedroom room. It's not very large but functional. It's not difficult to travel. If you are from Bangkok, you can drive here within 1 hour. I've heard that they might have an express train from BKK in the future, making it more convenient. For now, I can't wait to move into this place.
Beautiful interior, best connected road

Located on a two way direction road(3rd road) the connectivity is already 10x times better than beach or 2nd road who are a one way street. The land of this project is a bit higher and therefore majority of the units will have a uninterrupted city view. Walking distance from terminal 21, Tesco lotus and Central Marina. Although not near the beach, this is a real pattaya city condo. I particular like the unit layout and functionality, the choice of materials are of good standards.

The mock-up room here is very beautiful and luxurious according to the concept of the condo. I really like it. There is a variety of room sizes, from the studio to the penthouse. The interior is well decorated, using modern luxurious materials and good quality furniture. The common area has several facilities such as swimming pools, a gym, and a sky garden. The safety system is very high. The location is ideal, close to South Pattaya Road. Extremely rich with both public utilities and amenities.

I'm looking for a condo in Pattaya, and I'm interested in this project. After seeing the mock-up room, I am quite impressed because the site is not far from Sukhumvit Road. The facilities are quite satisfactory such as airport transfer service, maid service, or bars and cafes for relaxing within the condo area. Also, the design is modern and elegant. Considering what I receive, the price is worthwhile, a perfect choice for living and speculating sales.

It's so lucky that we are here at a promotional price. I was very impressed when I went to see the showroom. It is a high-rise condominium and decorated in a modern style, which is very pleasing to me. The outstanding highlight is the sky swimming pool and a gym, overlooking sea views as well. The most important thing is that the garden is extremely shady. It is unbelievable that there will be such a green area in the project in Pattaya. Next to the condo, there is a convenience store and many international restaurants, just 2 kilometers from the beach.

It is expected to be an interesting project in the future. I decided to book 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom unit because it is well-fitted, suitable for staying with family and friends. The room decor is beautifully-decorated, and the common area provides a full range of facilities, good for taking the services. The price is also reasonable. I have lived in Pattaya for many years. I'm looking for a condo for my son to live in, and my friend recommended one of them, Once Pattaya Condominium. I went to look at the showroom, it is wonderful and still inquired about promotion as well. The price is not high compared to the project location. The showroom is decorated in a classic and luxurious style, suitable for my son. Besides, the project is surrounded by many facilities, easy life, and also close to home. The son can walk around easily. This place is perfect!
