To get to the project by car, you can start from Terminal 21 Pattaya with a total distance of approximately 1.3 kilometers, or it takes about 5 minutes driving. Firstly, head east toward Phuttrakul road and keep going for about 190 meters. After that, turn left and go straight for 150 meters. Turn left again at the 1st cross street onto Pattaya Nuea Road, passing Siam Commercial Bank Terminal 21 Pattaya Branch. At the roundabout, go straight onto Soi Naklua 24 for 550 meters and turn left to Soi Naklua 22. Within 49 meters, you will find the project on the left.

It’s quite old condo but the surrounding is superb, suitable for relaxing

My wife and I visited Thailand for 3 months. We decided to stay in Pattaya as it's a well-known tourist attraction, so we decided to rent a room for this project. Our room is a 3-bedroom unit with an affordable price. We love the location as it's really close to the beach and the surrounding area is perfect. However, the condo looks pretty old but well-maintained. We stayed on the 8th floor, which is quiet and private. We rarely went out. If we wanted some food, we often ordered from the delivery service from on-site restaurants and nearby restaurants for seafood and local foods. Plus we're also impressed with the swimming pool as it is suitable for sunbathing while enjoying the beautiful sea view. For those who want to relax, I would recommend this place.
