The atmosphere is great, quiet, and organized. Neighbors are friendly. There are common areas for the residents, such as a clubhouse, a swimming pool, and a concrete road. Our house is a two-story detached house with 3 bedrooms. The outdoor area is well maintained and has a high fence for privacy. The location is close to 2 large golf courses, 10 minutes from the project, to the Pattaya Country Club golf course.
