To get to the project by car , you can start from Ruamchok Mall with a distance of about 4.5 kilometers, or it takes about 7 minutes. Firstly, head west toward Somphot Chiang Mai 700 Year Road, and go straight for 300 meters. After that, turn left onto Somphot Chiang Mai 700 Year Road and go straight for another 1.7 kilometers. Then, turn left and go straight for another 1 kilometer. Turn left onto Route 1367 and keep going for 1.4 kilometers. After that, turn left again onto Soi Regent Village 2 and go straight for about 51 meters. Then, you will find the Regent 2 project.

The house is many years old, but still in good condition and beautiful with furniture near Chiang Mai city.

I came to work in Chiang Mai, so I bought this house near the city center, and it also comes with a spacious area. The first time I saw this house, I would say that it's larger than I expected. The house is open airy to a cool breeze. My house consists of five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The price I purchased at that time was the price of a second-hand home with the extension balcony and complete furniture, so it's ready to move in. As for the location, it's great since this project is next to many roads, so it's easy to take the buses. Still, my family prefers to use the car. It is not far from many shopping centers, so it's suitable for me, a shopaholic. Most of the time, I usually go to Central Chiang Mai as there are so many things to choose from. Plus, the project has a large salt system swimming pool which is very clean and comfortable. The roads within the project are also spacious. If I parked in front of the house, it would be no problem. My neighbor is lovely and kind. There are some Thais who often bring local food for me. I would say that to be surrounded by a friendly neighbor is so blissful. I'd recommend it for those who want a quiet home with various ranges of price. By the way, I'm one of the residents, not a salesperson. This place is superb, so I want to share it with you.
