The contemporary European-style single house

The contemporary European-style single house combined with the modernity here appeals to me. Most importantly, because I have a large family, there are 8 different types of houses to choose from, including townhomes, twin houses, and single detached houses with 3-4 bedrooms. As a result, I decided to purchase a four-bedroom detached house with a large usable area. Significantly, houses in this project are reinforced with a steel casing to resist vibration in an earthquake or even use a ventilated ceiling to reduce heat in the house. It is ideal for Thailand's hot weather. Besides, there are swimming pools, fitness centers, and European-style gardens to support residents like us. However, its location is next to Chiang Mai - San Kamphaeng Road, and it takes only 7 minutes to drive to the city and about 11 minutes to Central Chiangmai.
It is a perfect housing project

It is a perfect housing project in a nice location adjacent to the main road, Chiang Mai - San Kamphaeng. You can drive to Chiang Mai city within 20 minutes. There are many small restaurants and cafes in this area. The project has many facilities such as a sauna, swimming pool, fitness center, playground, club. We visited a single-detached house here, and we love it. It is a 2-story house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The project also provides beautiful built-in furniture, which is charming. Plus, the price is not high as well, so I will reserve immediately.
