I had the opportunity to look at the second-hand houses here. It is a detached house with 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, and has a very wide area, suitable for living as a family. It is located in a good location with easy access to amenities and close to Chao Khun Puka Arena Football Stadium, Ban Mae Puka School, water park, art museum, shops, restaurants, and hospitals. You can also travel in and out easily, and it is close to San Kamphaeng Road. Unfortunately, there are almost no amenities, just a security system, garden, and parking, making me think twice about buying.
