To get to the project by car, start from Chiangmai International Airport. Turn right and continue for 750 meters. We booked the room here through the website. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. A security guard is recommending the parking lot for us. The inside condo comprises a lobby hall and seating area for guests. The area is clean and modern. Also, there is a swimming pool surrounded by buildings and shady trees. It makes it breezy in the daytime. The overall atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. The room I booked matches the picture on the website. Various equipment in the room is complete and convenient. There is also daily room service.

The condo is located in a great area near Nimman. The staff and security system is excellent. Besides, the project entrance uses the KeePass System. The communal pool and lobby, including other facilities, are complete and serviceable. Also, the housekeepers clean the room regularly. As for the room, it is spacious and well decorated, very nice and relaxing. If anyone is interested in a modern condo like this, let's try to stay here.
The condo is in a non-crowded area, but the sound of dogs barking loudly.

The condo is located on the main road, which is non-crowded, but the sound of dogs barking is very loud at night. I have a sleep problem and am not very impressed with this place. Anyway, the design is generally good, and transportation is convenient. Moreover, the condo site has complete facilities, whether a swimming pool, a fitness room, and shady gardens. The room I stayed in is a studio room, with 34 sq.m. I think it's too narrow for couples !!!

The reason for buying a room in this condo is its location. The project is on the main road connecting to 3 outer ring roads, saving time for traveling. In just 5 minutes, I can get to Maya Mall, restaurants, and cafes. The project presents a wide range of room selection. The room I bought is a fully-furnished duplex. The swimming pool is quite large, clean with good services from the staff. Quite impressive!

Worth the rental price I have paid. The place is luxurious. Although it is located next to the main road, the surrounding is quiet. As the condo is in vacation style, it gives a sense of living in a resort. My room is superior with functional space. The kitchen is an open space, connecting to the living area, which looks wider. The kitchen is fully-furnished with equipment. The bedroom has enough space for a king or queen size bed, and the TV stands on the opposite. The room also has a small balcony for placing a washing machine. The project's common area provides many activities such as a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, meeting rooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi internet. The parking space can accommodate a fair number of residents' cars. The location here is also convenient, not crowded. Easy to the city, just 3 kilometers to Nimman Road, a center of various amenities of Chiang Mai.
Good location, quality condo, but a little expensive

I've been here for about 7 months, and I think it's expensive, but it is reasonable when compared with the quality. It's quiet here and non-crowded. I wouldn't say I like the summer weather because there is a lot of dust, but the weather is good in winter. The project has a great security system. There are CCTV cameras around the project. The swimming pool is a mineral water system, and the gym is very modern. If you don't have your car, it's not too difficult because it is surrounded by amenities. Traveling to various places is far from the city, only about 5 kilometers. However, it takes only 10 minutes to travel into the city by car!
