To get to the project by car, you can start from Tha Pae Gate, heading north on Moon Muang Road, and go straight for about 900 meters. Continue straight on Sriphum Road for about 1.6 kilometers and go straight ahead on Arak Road for about 180 meters. Turn right onto Bun Ruang Rit Road for about 350 meters. Keep right at the intersection and take exit 2 to turn right onto Mani Nopparat for about 210 meters. Then turn left for about 33 meters, and you will see The Unique at Koomuang on the right-hand side.

Nice condo near tourist attractions in Chiang Mai

The project is located in a good location because it is situated in the center of Chiang Mai near the hospital, markets, restaurants, and tourist destinations. It is also accessible and saves time a lot, whether using a private car or public transports. The security is also great. The atmosphere is tranquil and not crowded, suitable for real relaxation. That's why I choose here to rent 1 bedroom. The room is spacious and very proportionate, very usable, and fully furnished. All furniture is strong, durable, and good of quality. There is a separate bathroom and toilet with a private bathtub for relaxing. The balcony is also spacious. It can be the place for a sitting area. The common area is clean, comprising a communal pool, a communal gym, and a leisure garden. The project construction and design impressed a lot. The condo gives the scent of the ancient city and is beautifully decorated. I am very impressed! The location, the services, the security system, and other aspects are all okay while I stay here. Everything is easy and a good choice for a relaxing place in the center of Chiang Mai.
