To get to the project by car, you can start from Theppanya Hospital by driving southeast with a distance of only 45 meters. Then, turn right onto Soi Sri Anan City 1, and continue for 26 meters. After that, turn left onto Mae Rim Road and go straight for another 400 meters. Then, go straight on the parallel road (Mae Rim. Chiang Mai - Lampang) for about 110 meters. After that, turn left, and within 450 meters, you will find the project on your right-hand side.

It is a modern condo. The interior is decorated with quality furniture. There are many types of rooms available. I choose to rent a studio room as I'm staying alone. The common areas here are fully equipped, including a fully-equipped fitness center and a swimming pool. The condo's location is the best because it is located in the central area, making it convenient to travel around 200 meters from the Central Department Store. In addition, the rental price is also reasonable.

It is a condo that has just been completed. It’s near Central Festival mall. After moving in, my life is much more convenient. The room I stayed in is a studio unit, not too small. The design is very inviting. Also, I love the swimming pool that is spacious and always kept clean. The units are quite dense with less privacy, but it isn’t a big deal for me.
