Direction to the Project
To get to the project by car, you can start from Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center by heading southeast on Route 1004 toward Route 11 for 1.4 kilometers. At the intersection, turn left for 550 meters and turn left again into Soi Charoensuk for 260 meters. Once you reach the roundabout, take Exit 4 to Soi Santitham. Keep going for 270 meters and turn left for 850 meters at the intersection. After that, turn left again for 74 meters, and you will find the project on your left-hand side.

The location of the project is excellent.

The location of the project is excellent. Convenient transportation because it is close to the Chiang Mai-Lampang Super Highway. Also, within 5 minutes walking distance to major shopping malls such as Maya shopping mall and not far from Nimmanhaemin area. It is an area for shops, lovely restaurants, and bars. I decided to stay here for a long time, and when I stay here, I love the tranquility and good atmosphere with a nice view of the mountain from the gym. I also like the rooftop atmosphere with a garden so I could read a book in my leisure time. The room I rented is a one-bedroom unit, not very large. The interior is divided into proportions, beautifully decorated. The bedroom wall has a huge window. You can see the mountain view comfortably. Overall, I like it here.
