An extravagant project with the most extensive common area, including a swimming pool, a playground, a sauna room, and a fully-equipped gym, suitable for residents of all ages. The project is located in a great location, close to Kad Farang Village and Premium Outlets. I really like it here because of its convenient transportation, quiet neighborhood and high privacy. The neighbors are not overcrowded.

The project is located in an excellent location, conveniently close to Chiang Mai International Airport and surrounded by amenities. Fresh markets and department stores are less than a 10-minute drive away. The brand-new building has a good security system. The security guards are friendly and diligent. There are various facilities provided for residents, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, a garden, and a parking lot.
