The house in this village ranges from 3 to 4 bedrooms, modernly and simply styled. There are common areas such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a communal park. The security guard here is very strict. The project is located next to the main road on the Chiang Mai Outer Ring Road., convenient to travel. And the security guard here is very strict.

My house is on this project. It is a tranquil house development project. The project's road is wide, and the environment is also good, warm, and close to nature. The atmosphere is good and tranquil. Besides, the project also provides 24 hours of the security system. The common area is set in the middle of the village, accessible and close to my house. It includes a communal pool, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. The location is very convenient because it is close to the main road and Central Festival Chiang Mai.
Suburban village, safe and comfortable to access

The village here has a strict security system. Traveling is convenient because it is in the suburbs, which you don't have to worry about traffic jams every day. I work in Chiang Mai and drive into town for about 15-20 minutes only. The food here is cheap, and there's a fresh market not far from the village. I love Chiang Mai because the weather is great. In the summer, the atmosphere is very uncomfortable. Fortunately, the village is shady, and many trees are surrounded. Besides, the pool is also clean. Overall, the atmosphere is excellent.

I am the one who love Chiang Mai very much and visit every year because of the mountain nature; it makes me very comfortable and joyous. I decided to buy a house for a vacation home at Wararom Kaew Nawarat. The house layout is a 2-story single-detached house, comprising 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and has a lot of usable space. The interior of the house is in a modern style, and the room is well-divided into zones. Besides, the facilities in the house are complete and match the residents' needs. This project is convenient to travel and near the Central Festival Chiang Mai, which is very convenient and considered close to prosperity. The project's common area is also provided excellent services, such as the clubhouse, saltwater pool, and fitness. It's a great project!! I recommend anyone who likes Chiang Mai and loves privacy. This place well-matches every residents' needs.
European single-detached house near the Outer Ring road

The atmosphere is shady and quite private. The house is elegant in the European style, and the project's environment is excellent. The facilities are complete, including a large swimming pool, fitness center, and a public park. The house I bought was a 4-bedroom detached house at 167 sq.m, very spacious. Plus, you can park up to 2 cars. I like it. Since I lived there, I didn't find any structural problems. Moreover, the neighbors were very friendly. I enjoy walking out in the morning, so I have the opportunity to meet many new friends. Another reason I bought a house here is convenient travel. It is close to the Outer Ring Road, which is the main road, making it easy to get into the town. It's also close to Central Festival Chiang Mai.
