Then, turn left at the On Nut Junction and continue for about 350 meters. The project is not far from the On Nut BTS station. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the station, but you can take a motorcycle taxi instead. There is also a free shuttle bus service at the project. Also, opposite the project is a small community mall with restaurants, coffee shops, and a 7-Eleven, making life more convenient. The project's living environment is peaceful and lush with greenery. I'm really impressed here. The materials used in the overall project are standard, and although it has been nearly 5 years, everything is still in perfect condition. On the roof of the project, there is also a swimming pool and fitness center for residents.

I am a real estate agent - Every buildings in the T77 community always got a very hight occupancy rate as its well famous for expats foreigners looking for nice residential building. There is a mall called Habito with markets - restaurants - coffee shop - 7/11 - Dentist clinic - Prep School - There is even a farm where they grow organic vegetables and fruits that you can buy direclty. very convenient area that you will never leave after move there. higlty recommened for investors. Specially liked The Base Park West for the nice swimingpool with over view on Onnut.
