This detached house project is very close to all conveniences, and also offices. It makes my life much easier!! Previously, I had to wake up super early to get to work on time, but now it has changed completely. As the condo is close to my workplace, I can take BTS at Phra Khanong Station, which it’s only a few minutes away. Now, I would say that I don’t have to worry about being late for work anymore. Plus, this project is close to convenience stores, restaurants, and Sukhumvit hospital, making it convenient for living even more. The house also comes with complete furniture in all areas, such as the kitchen, living room, living area, and garden. The security system in the project is quite strict, as there is a 24/7 security guard and CCTV. My neighbors are also polite and respectful. The project makes me feel so relieved during the stay.
