- In terms of traveling by car, start from Ratchadaphisek Road. Drive towards Asok Montri Road, and turn right to Sukhumvit Road. Go towards Ekkamai BTS and turn left into Soi Chaiyapruek. Keep driving until you find the road to turn right. Continue driving for 60 meters, then turn left for 180 meters, you will see the project on the left.
- You can also visit the project by BTS Skytrain in a total distance of about 900 meters. Get off at Ekamai BTS heading to Phra Khanong BTS, keep walking until you see Soi Sukhumvit 65 or Soi Chaiyapruek. Turn left and go straight for 300 meters. Turn right and go straight for 60 meters. Turn left into the alley and go down for 180 meters. You will see the project on the left-hand side.

Loft style condominium that is very exclusive

After inspection of the Penthouse condominium 3, I was very impressed since entering the room. It is a new type of condominium project that is very unusual because it comes in loft style with the decoration of black and white colors, raw cement, brick, steel, wood, and various materials, making it modern and stylish at the same time. So far, the style is trendy, which I love it very much. The room is simple, not striking, yet gives a sense of luxury and value. The finishing materials are from the world's leading brands. Although the price is high, it is worth the money. The project sells the only type of rooms - duplex (not including 1 unit of penthouse). It has a total usable area of ​​250 sq.m. with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The specialty here is the layout, which can be adjusted to suit our lifestyle. You can also choose the window size as you want. I love natural light, so we install a large tall glass. Since the project is a low-rise condominium with only 4 floors, we are unable to enjoy the beautiful view in this area. However, the condo is quite far from public transportation, such as the Skytrain. If you don't mind riding a motorcycle, it would be an option to save time and avoid the traffic jam on the road.
