Then, drive southeast on road no. 3 to go onto Soi Sukhumvit 53/1 and continue straight for about 800 meters. Turn left at Ekkamai Tai Junction onto Soi Sukhumvit 63. After that, continue driving for 550 meters and turn right onto Soi Ekamai 4, and continue straight for 400 meters. Turn right again and continue for about 110 meters, and then you will find the project on the right.

To get to the project by public transport, you can use a wide variety of public transport services according to individual needs. However, many buses run through line 72 (Khlong Toei-Thewet) and line 23 Mega Bangna-Thewet. Then, you can also use a private taxi or call a taxi and motorbike taxi through Grab Application as it is more convenient.

I have lived in this condo for about 4 years. At first, I rented it. After staying for a while, I loved this room, and the room's owner himself wanted to sell it. I immediately bought it as the price is not that high. The room I purchased is a 2-bedroom with a perfect size for me. I also like its location because it is close to the BTS stations, conveniently accessible everywhere because I don't use a car. Taking the BTS service is also convenient for me. When I am too lazy to walk, I call the motorbike taxi or use a grap application to take me in front of the condo. The condo here looks old because it was completed for a long year. Anyway, the whole building has been perfectly maintained. As for the common area, there are not many facilities considered to other luxury condominiums. However, there is a communal pool for leisure. It is considered the perfect condo for me because it's not that luxurious. Sometimes, I am annoyed with the neighbors quarreling next to my room, LOL!!! I love the guards, and the receptionists are lovely and friendly. I always bring them a snack as well.
