We enjoy living in this apartment. We like our playroom and gym very much. But it is unfortunate that sometimes I find some people don't have a good manner using the public areas. Like they don't take off their shoes in the playroom or do not care if the kids are screaming, and they are not the only ones there.

Lived in The Room Sukhumvit 21, fantastic place to live. The building is really well maintained and it's close to everything you could ever want. Multiple public transport options available within a short walk and theres always motorbike taxi's at the top of the soi, lots of great restaurant and bars located nearby and plenty of shopping malls etc just a few mins away. The only downside really was the traffic but the condo is located away from the main road so it's only really a small issue if you drive a car.

I viewed a large number of units in the Room 21 for rent. The large duplex units have 2 decent size ones and one smaller pull-out bed option for the 3rd, huge lounge and living area but price for value slightly out of my budget and preference and would cost a lot to fully furnish, but the views were pretty impressive. I later on viewed the 1 bedroom option, which was a square and pretty functional design, so suited my needs for the short-term rental I took there. Only negative is the small balony (not good for smokers) where the washing machine is located. Security and safety is good, only negative is having to go downstairs and let any friends or guests in but does add the exclusive and privacy of the building. Its located right on Asoke 21, easy access to MRT/BTS on both ends of the road, which is great if your living, working or just using it for work and business travel at different types of the year. The rental company at reception was somewhat painful to deal with, but eventually we got there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new, well-located building, that has all the facilities you need to enjoy life in central Bangkok.

I lived in this project for 1 year in a one bedroom unit type. The design, quality and layout of the units are great. Modern with good qualitiy finsihings. One bedroom units do not have balconies which is bennefitial for living space but bad for those who want outside space. Common area facilities are great (particuarly the gym). The pool and pool area are a good size but shaded for the majority of the day. Biggest positives of the project/unit are design and layout. The project itself is on a quiet dead end street however, the biggest negative of the project is that the main road is terrile for traffic.

Great location and high-quality building. Close to many malls like Terminal and EmQuartier. Next to a school, so some lovely garden views. Off the main road slightly so no road noise.

The location is EXCELLENT and is so close to Phetchaburi MRT, Makkasan Airport Rail Link and Asok BTS station. You can access the majority of Bangkok very easily from these public transport links. The main road (Sukhumvit 21), is usually very busy so best to take motorbike taxis or public transport. The condo development is not pet friendly, so unfortunately no cats or dogs allowed, which is a shame. Security on the site is very high and they have always 2-3 people at the main entrance at all times. The gym is very good with modern equipment and the pool is very big and usually empty. Many residences complain the pool has a lack of sun light, which keeps the swimming pool a little cold. There is a question mark around if guests can easily park at the condo, because they don't want non-residences taking up needed car parking spaces. Overall, I would give this project a 4/5 and on the highly recommended for city center living.
Quiet building close to Sukhumvit

Modern, well-maintained building about 500 metres from Asok intersection and Terminal 21 mall. It's down a small soi, off Asok, so there's almost no noise. Attentive staff and great gym facilities. The sun only shines on the pool for about 2 hours, a day, though. The key card system needs to be updated, so guests don't need a key to leave the building.

The development is a great development for the price. The only issue with the condo is that the communal pool has no sun light so the pool is always cold. Basically no one really uses it, and this is the biggest problem, otherwise the gym's great, rooms are well maintained and so is the building. Crazy access card system, where you have to swipe to get down in the elevator and leave the building. Main road (Suk 21) is always jammed pack, so not ideal if you have a car.

The project atmosphere is pleasant, providing a high-security system. The common areas are well-equipped, elegant, and spacious. The reading room is our favorite place because the place is open and airy. When I spend time working and reading books here, I feel very comfortable. All places are clearly divided into zones that provide privacy to the residents to use the common area with happiness. In terms of its location, it is perfect and located near the mall and shopping centers. Life is convenient and easily accessible near Sukhumvit MRT Station, which is convenient to travel everywhere without using a private car.

I rented the Room Sukhumvit 21 condo for 3 months. I am very impressed with my room so much. It is a one-bedroom style, and the size of the room that meets the needs. I can use every square inch of the room beneficially. The facilities in the project are conducive to everyday life, making life more comfortable. The interior design of the room is simple but stylish. The project offers a high quality of facilities and decorations. Besides, many facilities near the condo, such as restaurants, shops, or the famous department store as Terminal 21 are suitable for urban life like me. The condo is located in a prime location. Easily accessible everywhere because the condo is not far from public transport, such as Sukhumvit MRT and Phetchaburi MRT stations. Don't worry about going anywhere because it is comfortable. Also, you can call a motorbike or taxi services around the condo. When you are bored with using MRT services, I recommend The Room Sukhumvit 21 for anyone looking for a condominium in the heart of prosperity, accessible anywhere. More importantly, it is close to all convenient amenities. I recommend it.!!
