To get to the project by public transport, the nearest subway is MRT Sukhumvit. Get off at the station and head south on Asok Montri Road for about 230 meters. Then turn left onto Sukhumvit Road for 500 meters and turn left onto Sukhumvit 29. Continue for 220 meters; the project will be on the left-hand side.
In case you visit the project by private car, start from Sukhumvit Road heading northwest to Soi Methaniwet for 450 meters. At Sawasdee Intersection, turn right into Soi Sukhumvit 31 (Soi Sawasdee). Continue for 550 meters and turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 31 for 220 meters; you will find the project on the left.

I stay at this luxury condo in Sukhumvit. The property is designed to be environmentally friendly. My room is very modern with furniture and materials from premium brands. The room is also designed for functional space that the residents can adjust as they wish. My room is on the top floor, allowing me to enjoy a city view, nothing blocks the view so that I can enjoy street lights at night. The property is in Soi Sukhumvit 31, not far from Sukhumvit MRT and Asoke BTS. It is also easy access to amenities such as a leading department store, supermarkets, hospitals, and educational institutions. The condo meets the needs of urban lifestyles. The common area has a green garden, swimming pool with underwater speakers, a gym, etc. Importantly, there is a water recycling system, making the most of the used water. They really pay attention to every detail. The staff always willingly helps me. Excellent security system, making me feel safe throughout my stay here.
