- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the BTS service. The nearest BTS station is Phrom Phong BTS Station. Once exiting the station, continue heading northeast on Sukhumvit Road for about 50 meters. Then, turn right onto Soi Sukhumvit 31/ Soi Sawasdee for 500 meters. After that, turn left and continue for another 66 meters, and you will find the project on the left.

I used to live here for about 2 years and rented it from a Thai owner. The owner is very kind and takes good care of us. The room has 3 bedrooms, elegantly decorated with good quality furniture, some pieces are imported. The project is limited to only 20 units. The residents are sparse, great! There is also a swimming pool, fitness center, and parking space, and security system for 24 hours. In terms of location, it is very convenient in the Sukhumvit area near famous shopping malls and between Asoke BTS and Phrom Phong BTS.

It is a beautiful condo with a pleasant environment, ideal for living. The project management is also excellent, and the neighbors are lovely and friendly. Also, many amenities are surrounding, including leading hospitals and shopping malls. It is also a few minutes to the Phrom Phong BTS station, which is convenient and perfect for new generation lifestyles. So, I decided to rent it here for a year with a 1-bedroom unit. The reason I choose here is because it is close to all amenities and easy access everywhere.
