Location and Transportation
The Baan Saraan project is located at 194 Soi Sawasdee, Sukhumvit 31 Road, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok. The site is not on the main road, but in a community area, so it is suitable for people looking for a peaceful accommodation. Yet, it is convenient to travel as the location is not too far from BTS and MRT. There is also a shuttle service provided by the project. You can get to the project from 2 main routes that are Asok Montri Road and Sukhumvit Road. So you can visit the condo easily by car or public transport.
If you come from the Asok Montri Road, turn right into Soi Sukhumvit 21. When you reach the roundabout, choose Exit 2 to enter Soi Sukhumvit 31 or Soi Sawasdee for about 210 meters. Then turn left and drive about 200 meters, turn left again and drive about 100 meters. Turn left again, go for about 37 meters, turn right, and drive about 450 meters; you will see the project.
If you come from the Sukhumvit Road, Turn into Soi Sukhumvit 31, go straight for 900 meters before turning left at Soi Sukhumvit 31 for about 5 meters. Then, turn right at Sukhumvit 31, continue for about 100 meters, and turn right at Soi Sukhumvit 31 for about 450 meters, you will find the place.
The project is also close to Asoke BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and Phetchaburi MRT. In terms of using public transportation. If you get off at Asoke BTS station, you can turn into Soi Cowboy, but if you get off at Sukhumvit MRT, you can go to the project via Soi Sukhumvit 21/1. Another option is to get off at Phetchaburi MRT; you can come to the project through Soi Sukhumvit 21.
